Compactor of capacity from 16 to 24 m3
N MR type mobile compactor is dedicated to compacting the volume of waste cardboard waste and foil. The primary advantage of N-MR type compactor concerns the tilting roof of the container, which is lifted while the container is being emptied thus allowing the release of the compacting pressure. This allows to increase the cross-section of the ejection gate and the additional movement of the roof supports and facilitates removal of the raw materials. This is particularly useful when the compactor is used to compact the volume of large easily compactible materials. A very strong structure guarantees long period of operation of the compactor without the need for general overhaul. This compactor is dedicated to compact small size waste and raw materials. Due to the relatively short travel of the pressure plate the machine is very effective in terms of the speed of compacting the waste and raw materials. The design of N-SHA type compactor is aimed to achieve the highest possible maximum transport capacity in relation to the maximum transporting length by a collection vehicle. These assumptions allowed to achieve 24 m3 capacity and the compactor together with the pressing part can be transported by commonly used hook type collection vehicles.
N-SHA type mobile compactor can be produced in a version with a tipping mechanism for standardised and special containers. It can be also connected to a facility using a stationary loading hopper.
