N-DB SO2 is a machine design created according to „segregation at source” principle. Zentex is a pioneer in this type of design. Two independent waste or raw material compacting chambers allow the use of the same machine to compact the volume of two different types of dry waste or raw material in the same place. This allows to reduce the costs associated with the purchase of two machines and at the same time saves space in which the compactor is to be used. The rear autonomous ejection door allows to empty the compactor in two different places dedicated to the given waste. Because of the smaller pressing chambers compared to the single-chamber design, Zentex uses openable sides on both left and right side to enable easy emptying of the compactor's chambers. The sides opening system causes the release of the forces created during the waste compacting process and in difficult situations provides the option of emptying the chamber using a forklift.
N-DB SO2 type mobile compactor is dedicated to compacting the volume of cardboard materials such as foil and dry municipal waste. A very strong structure guarantees long period of operation of the compactor without the need for general overhaul. This compactor is dedicated to compacting small size waste and raw materials. Due to the relatively short travel of the pressure plate the machine is very effective in terms of speed of compacting the waste and raw materials. N-DB SO2 type compactor can have chambers divided in the following ratios: 50%/50%, 60%/40% or 70%/30%. It can be also connected to a facility using a stationary loading hopper.
